We provide financial advisory services and assistance in creating and adjusting short-term and long-term financial objectives by developing financial plans, cost-benefit analyses, investment studies and feasibility studies.

Our services include consulting on fund raising for planned investments, business value assessment and mergers and acquisitions.

We have assessed business values by means of DCF analysis and we have developed feasibility studies for both public and private sector clients. 

We conduct public procurement procedures for both private and public sector, including preparation and planning, development of tender documentation, publication, management and implementation of the entire procedure.

Our employees have outstanding experience in implementation of public procurement procedures and they possess the required and valid certificates.

Our services include consulting services for the management in selecting and developing a business strategy. 

We provide consulting services for EU funds, such as EAFRD (European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development), ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) and EMFF (European Maritime and Fisheries Fund), and for national funds.

We are market leaders in terms of the number of clients and projects for which we have ensured grants from the National programme of assistance to the wine sector – „Wine envelope”. Through this programme Croatia has received significant funds for wine sector financing. The total funds contracted so far for our clients just from this financial envelope amounts to HRK 17,318,934.87.

The Rural Development Programme for the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014 – 2020 in the amount of 2.4 billion euros includes 18 measures whose goal is to increase competitiveness of the Croatian agriculture, forestry and processing industry, but also to improve life and work conditions in rural areas. Numerous projects within various measures and operation types from this programme are actually a result of our work.
